A live-action adaptation of the 1937 Disney animated film Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.. Following comments from Peter Dinklage claiming that the original film portrayed the dwarfs in a negative light, Disney announced on January 25, 2022, that they would be approaching the characters differently, while also consulting with members of the dwarf community. Many fans of the original, including Dylan Postl, pointed out that many of Dinklage’s remarks were incorrect. First, he said that the dwarfs did not live in a cave.
